Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date and return the unused item in its original condition.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. you will get a full refund if you cancel the order and meet requirements.

Please noted that We don’t accept order cancellation after the product is already shipped out. 

Section 2: Returns Condition (If Applicable)

The product that can be returned within 30 days after receipt must meet the following conditions:

We accept returns within 30 days of the package’s delivery date.

Your item must be unused and in the same state as the received item,  with no influence on the second sale. 

Please return the shorts you want to return, all original packaging and the gift.

The damaged item is damaged/broken or twisted upon arrival.

The received product size/color is incorrect.

If you ordered the product by mistake or are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange your products, and all shipping costs or other costs related to the order will be borne by you.

Ⅱ: Non-refundable

30 days after receiving the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items that have been used are considered non-refundable. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging intact.

If the customer refuses to sign for the order without reason, silmbody.com will refuse to refund.

The customer must ensure that the shipping address is true and valid. If the order cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, Silmbody will refuse to refund.

We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, or altered in any way. You need to pay the shipping cost due to the return.

Section 4: Return Process

The process of return:

Send us your order number, detailed information to describe the issue, and evidence of damage to the received item/package(picture or video). Your request will be processed and confirmed via email on within 3 business days.

If the situation is true, we will send you an email and notify you of the return address and refund information. Return address will sent to you by email.

If you need to return the goods, please return according to the requirements of the return policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed. Most returns or exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your package.

If you require a refund, We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. If you require an exchange, we’ll send out your new product.

Section 5: Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If we’re responsible for the issue (e.g. quality problems or items missing), We’ll give you a full refund (Exclude the shipping fee) or exchange.

The refunds will return to the original payment method which was used to make the order.

We’ll refund you within 5-7 business days after receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place.

For Credit Card, it may take 3-15 business days for the refunds to show up in your account because banks may require additional time to process and post the transition.

For Paypal, it may take about 1-2 business days for the refunds to be reflected in your account.

Please noted that the shipping fee for your order will not be refunded.

Section 6: Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to officially issue a refund.

Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.
